All sales on the purchase of any version of books are final.

Service Contracts
Materials used for services are the intellectual property of Safe Travel Academy LLC and Kimberlee Roberts and are not to be disclosed or disseminated without consent. Attendees are free to take notes during the service(s). Services may be recorded by staff members of Safe Travel Academy LLC and Kimberlee Roberts for promotional purposes. For recorded services, all attendees will be required to sign a waiver to opt-out of having their images/likeness included in Safe Travel Academy LLC and Kimberlee Roberts’s promotional materials.
Client provides local marketing, location, audio/visual equipment, and access to computer/ presentation equipment. Safe Travel Academy LLC and Kimberlee Roberts will provide the presentation materials and subject matter expertise to engage the audience and answer questions.

Fees for services are project based and vary depending on multiple factors affecting the services and supporting actions. Areas to be covered during services will be discussed during the consultation and fees are project based, as determined by Safe Travel Academy LLC and Kimberlee Roberts, to accommodate clients request. Areas to be covered, number of attendees, dates & times of service, location of service, lodging & travel expenses (if required), fees for services, and processing fees will be discussed during the consultation and confirmed in the proposal sent to the client by Safe Travel Academy LLC and Kimberlee Roberts within seven days of the consultation date. Any changes will require agreement by the client, Safe Travel Academy LLC and Kimberlee Roberts, modification to the proposal, and, if necessary, modification to the fees of services.

It is recommended that clients request service dates at least 90 days in advance. Clients must schedule a consultation and submit a request for service no later than 45 days prior to the anticipated date of service. For service dates requested less than 45 days prior to anticipated date of service, Safe Travel Academy LLC and Kimberlee Roberts will make every attempt to accommodate requested service dates, but reserves the right to decline if requested dates of service do not allow for enough time for Safe Travel Academy LLC and Kimberlee Roberts to thoroughly prepare for service request. All requested dates of service are subject to availability of Safe Travel Academy LLC and Kimberlee Roberts.
For one-time service contracts with academic institutions, a signed contract is due prior to beginning preparation for service, and full payment is due 30 days after the date of service.
For one-time service contracts with all other organizations, a 50 percent deposit is due when the contract is signed. The balance is due 30 days after the date of service. Dates of services discussed in the consultation are pending until deposit has been received.
For continuous services contracts with a set number of services in a set period of time, a deposit of 20 percent of total service fees for the length of the contract is due at the time the contract is signed. The remaining balance is divided into equal payments based on the length of contract period and due by the 15th of the month.
All pending contracts will expire seven days after the date the contract is sent to the client.
All sales on the purchase of services are final.

Product Contracts
Assessments, audits, and other reports produced by Kimberlee Roberts for clients are the intellectual property of Safe Travel Academy LLC and Kimberlee Roberts until released to the client by the agreed upon date of delivery. At that time, the product becomes the intellectual property of the client for internal use only.
Fees for assessments, audits, and other reports are project based and vary depending on multiple factors affecting the product and deliverable supporting actions. Type of product and areas to be addressed in the product will be discussed during the consultation and fees are project based, as determined by Safe Travel Academy LLC and Kimberlee Roberts, to accommodate clients request. If circumstances arise that require significant adjustment to the deliverables timeline, Safe Travel Academy LLC and Kimberlee Roberts will consult with the client, and the parties will agree on a new timeline, course of action, and fees (if required) prior to new work being started. Type of product, areas to be addressed, delivery dates, expenses directly accrued in the line of activities conducted to deliver product, fees for products, and processing fees will be discussed during the consultation and confirmed in the proposal sent to the client by Safe Travel Academy LLC and Kimberlee Roberts within seven days of the consultation date. Any changes will require agreement by the client, Safe Travel Academy LLC and Kimberlee Roberts, modification to the proposal, and, if necessary, modification to the fees.

Length of time to complete work and provide deliverables varies depending on multiple internal and external factors affecting the organization as well as other factors relating to research and gathering of essential information for the product. Dates of delivery and estimated time to complete work for delivery will also be discussed during the consultation and confirmed in the proposal.

Privacy Policy
We collect information when you give it to us or give us permission to obtain it through surveys, subscriptions, contact forms, purchasing products or services, and analytics.

Our site is hosted by Wix. They provide us with the platform that allows us to sell our product/services to you.
Your data is stored through Wix data storage, databases and the general Wix application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you make a purchase on our site, we use a third party payment processor Stripe. Payments are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our site and related courses and its service providers.
Third Party Services:
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.
Certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located in a different jurisdiction than either you or us. If you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.
As an example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, then your personal information used in completing that transaction may be subject to disclosure under United States legislation, including the Patriot Act.
Once you leave our website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms & Conditions.

Security:

Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
Web Analysis Tools:
We may use web analysis tools that are built into the Safe Travel Academy LLC website to measure and collect anonymous session information.
